Our brand new series integrated harmonic drive gears motors provide large-torque and high-precision rotary actuation. With the integrated design, processing and assembly techniques, it is designed and manufactured as all-in-one compact solution: i.e. high precision, backlash-free harmonic gearbox (strain wave gearbox) with integrated framework torque motor, hollow shaft high resolution absolute or incremental encoder, brake and intelligent sensor.

There are three different formats available for this innovative gear-motor package to suit different industrial needs and applications:

  • Hollow shaft design (MAH & MAT series) for space saving, cables hassle-free applications;
  • Solid shaft design (MAS series) for cost effective applications;
  • MGM series which is also hollow shaft design but with integrated electronics (EtherCAT or CANOpen) onboard for position, velocity and torque control all-in-one applications

Our integrated harmonic drive gears motors can run at standard input voltage of 48VDC, 110VAC or 220VAC. The other customized winding options and a number of technical data (such as torques, speed etc.) options may be also available upon request, depending on the customers’ requirements.

MAH Series (with Hollow Shaft)

  • Low cogging, low noise, high torque density up to 800Nm

  • High protection grade (up to IP67) for extreme working environment
  • Hollow shaft design for threading wires, gas pipe and laser beams to simplify system structure

MAT Series (with enlarged Hollow Shaft)

Main Features

• Enlarged hollow shaft (through bore) compared to MAH series

• High precision: up to 40 Arc sec.

• Input voltages available: 48VDC, 110VAC, 220VAC 220 VAC*

• Flexible, reliable, low maintenance and compact design

• Low cogging, low noise, high torque density up to 800Nm

• Integrated design of harmonic (strain wave) gearbox, frameless motor with encoder

• High protection grade (up to IP67) for extreme working environment

• Hollow shaft design for threading wires, gas pipe and laser beams to simplify system structure

MAS Series (with Solid Shaft)

Main Features

• Solid shaft/ non-through bore, compared to MAH / MAT series

• High precision: up to 50 Arc sec.

• Input voltages available: 48VDC, 110VAC, 220VAC 220 VAC*

• Flexible, reliable, less maintenance and compact design

• Low cogging, low noise, high torque density up to 800Nm

• Integrated design of Harmonic (strain wave) gearbox, torque motor with encoder and brake

• High protection grade (up to IP67) for extreme working environment

MGM Series (with integrated drive)

Main Features

• All-in-one design: harmonic (strain wave) gearbox, torque motor with encoder & brake and servo drive

• Supports EtherCAT or CANopen communication, which can be matched with most mainstream controllers on the market

• High precision: up to 60 Arc sec.

• Flexible, reliable, less maintenance and compact design

• Hollow shaft (through hole) design for threading wires, gas pipe and laser beams to simplify system structure

• High torque density up to 557Nm, suitable for collaborative robot application with the effective load less than 25kgs

• High protection grade (up to IP67) for extreme working environment
