Resistance thermometers and thermocouples for electrical temperature measurements are used in many automation processes, because they have a standard signal which can be combined with PLC or other electrical systems easily. The neck extension, insertion length and process connection depending on the application and could be customized shortly within the production. Transmitters could be mounted inside the thermometer head form B, DAN, DANW for a signal output of 4-20 mA which can be matched with the needed temperature of e.g. 0-100 °C. These transmitters are available with HART-Protocol and for ATEX, too.
