construction

• The U-MB steam boiler is designed as a three-pass flame tube/smoke tube boiler. It consists of several modules, the heat generator part in a three-pass design, the steam room above it and an integrated economiser. As a true three-pass boiler, there is no need for flow installations in the smoke tubes.
• The heat generator part of the U-MB is based on the UT boiler design – tried and tested thousands of times in practical use for decades. The generously dimensioned flame tube geometry enables an efficient combustion process.
• The choice of steam part significantly influences the steam quality. A generous dimensioning has a positive effect on the residual steam moisture.
• The integrated economiser has a direct impact on energy efficiency. The heat contained in the flue gases is used to preheat the boiler feed water and is thus largely recovered, reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
• The steam generator is type tested and is manufactured according to the strict guidelines of the quality assurance system module D of the pressure equipment directive.

Furnishing

You receive the Universal U-MB as a fully equipped unit. This includes the insulated boiler with attached equipment, the boiler control cabinet and a low-emission furnace.
