ELSB (Electric Steam Boiler)
The ELSB (Electric Steam Boiler) is a highly efficient, electrically heated steam generator for 350 to 7,500 kg/h of steam at up to 24 bar. When operated with green electricity, the boiler enables a CO2-neutral steam supply for your company.

Highly efficient generation of up to 7.5 t/h of steam purely electrically - no combustion, no emissions
With over 99% efficiency, the electrical heating system of the ELSB steam boiler surpasses all combustion systems. When using regenerative electricity, its operation is completely CO2-neutral and particularly environmentally friendly. With the ELSB you can generate up to 7.5 t/h of steam per device at a maximum of 24 bar - completely independent of fossil fuels.
High vapor quality, excellent dynamics, full flexibility
The steam room of the ELSB enables high steam quality and low residual steam moisture. The thyristor circuit of the control achieves a very high level of efficiency over the entire load range thanks to the stepless power control. In addition, the output can be automatically adjusted to your needs or to available excess power generation.
Reduced effort: No exhaust gas, no fuel supply
The electric steam boiler ELSB does not emit any exhaust gas. Neither chimney, exhaust aftertreatment components nor infrastructure for fuel supply are required at the installation site. Approval and maintenance for the exhaust system are also eliminated. This reduces the space requirement as well as the time and costs for installation.
Application-specific design and particularly reliable operation
The Bosch electric boiler is individually configured, manufactured and equipped for each application. Replacement elements are integrated as standard in the heating bundle to increase availability. In addition, the ELSB can be integrated into existing boiler systems, thus enabling multivalent operation.
Smart boiler control and seamless system integration
With the BCO boiler control, you can easily operate the ELSB via a touch display. The SCO system control also offers the option of integrating multiple boiler systems. Both Bosch controls are compatible with all common control technology systems and optionally have protected remote access.
System equipment and service from a single source
In addition to the boiler equipment, Bosch offers components for water treatment, condensate management and energy saving for the ELSB. Depending on your specific requirements, you receive a complete system from a single source. The Bosch industrial service is available for service-related support and maintenance of your ELSB system.
