Particularly compact steam boiler for outputs of up to 5,200 kg/h of steam, built according to EN12953. The CSB is characterized by high efficiency of up to 95.3% and enables sustainable low emissions in accordance with the MCPD Directive (EU) 2015/2193.

High efficiency for reduced operating costs
The integrated economiser uses heat from the exhaust gas to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust gas temperature. Together with the innovative insulation concept and Bosch composite insulation materials, this enables a particularly high boiler efficiency of up to 95.3%.
Innovative boiler design
The heat exchange per m² of heating surface improves significantly thanks to special helical heat exchanger pipes. There is no need for inserts in the exhaust system - this makes cleaning considerably easier. In addition, it reduces the energy requirement of the burner fan due to the low resistance on the exhaust gas side.
Flexible fuel use and future-proof emissions
The CSB steam boiler can be operated with various liquid and gaseous fuels such as natural gas, heating oil, biogas and with multi-fuel firing. Thanks to the low-NOx burner and large flame tube, the boiler is already reliably below the strict EU emission limit values of the MCPD for 2025 and local emission regulations.
Compact design and easy maintenance
The dimensions of the various sizes of the Universal CSB are optimized for economical transport - for example in containers - and for easy installation. The innovative, pull-out turning chamber facilitates cleaning and accessibility for maintenance.
Smart controlled and immediately ready for use
The CSC compact controller mounted on the boiler is fully wired for quick commissioning. Alternatively, the BCO boiler control offers extensive additional functions and thus enables remote access via MEC Remote, the use of the MEC Optimize efficiency assistant and the connection to the control system.

The steam drying device and the large steam room of the universal CSB construction ensure a high steam quality suitable for your processes. The quality production with the most modern welding robots on the entire boiler body enables a particularly high level of robustness and durability.
