The DPP solution is a consistent concept for the fully automatic formation of store-specific customer orders, consisting of different quarter pallets and half pallets.

The orders can be picked with DPP both on pallets and on roll containers.

The automation includes all work steps - from placing the loose incoming quarter and half pallets on a carrier pallet in goods receipt, to storage, order picking, intermediate buffering, consolidation and transport security, to provision in goods issue.

The picking results from DPP are logistical units on Euro pallets, consisting of:

• two different half pallets on one shipping pallet
• four different quarter pallets on one shipping pallet
• two different quarter pallets and a half pallet on a shipping pallet
• Equivalent logistical units can also be formed on roll containers
