JUKI's ISM Material Incoming Station, an incoming goods table with a scanner, is the right solution for automating incoming goods and increasing productivity enormously.
Incoming material is scanned and immediately compared with the database of the existing merchandise management system. At the same time, a unique ID is generated in the system, which makes each component "unique" and ensures full traceability.

Thanks to the high-resolution camera, the system recognizes all common barcodes, so time-consuming training of the system is not necessary. The flexible recognition rules can of course be adapted to the barcodes used up to now, in order to adapt the system to the existing processes.

The Unique ID ensures easy identification and traceability of material in the production process - from storage to setup to production. It is easy to check at any time when material was produced, stored, transported, consumed or disposed of.
merchandise management systems
The connection to third-party systems such as B. ERP, MES, Pick&Place etc. is possible. Automatic file sharing and file exchange with software is also possible.
