Our ISM warehouse management systems offer exactly this intelligent and flexible warehousing and help you to be able to focus on value-adding activities again. With the ISM UltraFlex 3600 you can flexibly store up to 3,644 rolls, monitor them intelligently and store and retrieve them fully automatically.

No user intervention is necessary during the fully automatic storage or retrieval of up to 54 rolls. In the meantime, the employee can easily carry out other activities. In addition, the automated warehousing saves valuable time that is lost in a traditional high-bay warehouse for manually picking and searching for the material.
Space-saving solution
The flexible warehousing of the ISM UltraFlex 3600 enables up to 3,644 7" rolls to be stored in a usable area of just 3.6 m². Alternatively, it is also possible to store a maximum of 906 15" rolls. In a combination, ideally 1,940 7" rolls and 426 15" rolls can be accommodated in a single system.
error elimination
The fully automatic warehousing prevents human assignment errors. Any sources of error are completely eliminated, since each material is scanned and photographed both when it is stored and when it is retrieved. In addition, the internal system software can report stored material and possible missing parts to the in-house ERP system at any time.
MSD monitoring
With the help of the optional air humidity control, the air humidity within the system can be permanently regulated and monitored. In this way, sensitive MSD components can be protected from excessive humidity (RH > 5%). In addition, the software records the prevailing humidity over the entire storage cycle of the component.
