Air Operated Tubular Diaphragm Pumps are engineered for heavy duty applications, such as the pumping of aggressive liquids, abrasive solids and handle highly viscous mediums up to 170°C with no issue. All wetted materials are made of corrosion resistant fluorpolymers plastic, such as PTFE, Hypalon, Viton or conductive PTFE for the use in hazardous areas.
Besides self-priming and dry run capabilities, the pumps are designed with a double containment shell, which ensure no leakages even if the tubular diaphragm is damaged. There is also a number of models available for applications in explosion proven areas, which are designed in accordance with ATEX 100a directive (EC 94/9).
