The BX444Mc is a four channel gas detector controller for various gases - explosive and toxic and can be panel fascia or standalone - wall mounted.

The controller provides the power supply to each connected sensor and interprets the returned signal. As levels of sensed target gas increase through preset alarm thresholds the BX444Mc provides outputs to Building Management Systems or remote alarm indication and then finally closes gas valves or initiates alarms for evacuation of the protected area. Furthermore, the emergency stop circuit or fire alarm circuit can be connected to the device to actuate gas valves as required.

The new sensor test function allows sensors to be fully tested with calibrated test gas without turning off the connected solenoid valves. A great selling point when continuation of supply is imperative.
