Fully trained engineers work inside our extensive assembly and manufacturing area within clearly defined Health and Safety regulations and to exacting standards. Products are proved, calibrated and tested before dispatch to you. Duomo also provide proof of calibration and recorded testing as part of our quality control procedure.
We hold over 350 product lines in stock available for overnight despatch to anywhere in the UK. Products are checked and tested on receipt and this documentation forms part of our quality assurance trail.
Where practicable, group (or individual) training sessions can be held to further ensure the correct selection, installation and maintenance of our product range. This can be conducted at our offices or at customers’ premises. These courses are tailored to suit your individual requirements and have proven to establish brand loyalty and maintain confidence in Duomo equipment.
