Under-the-desk crosscut saws
PZP-500, PZP-700 a PZP-700U Cross-cut, under-the-desk saw
The machine is intended for transversal splitting (cross-cutting) of boards, deals and battens and prisms in timbering plants.
It consists of a hydraulic set and a crosscut saw with a control board. The machine is of compact construction with a box-like frame equipped with an upper board and side covers. The upper board is equipped with a replaceable bushing for the saw disc, and a support for the processed material.
The cover, which can be lifted, covers the saw disc during cutting and also holds the cut material on the board of the saw. It is lifted hydraulically. Inside the frame, on a lever mechanism, there is a cutting set consisting of an electric motor and a circular saw which are located directly on the motor shaft. Feed of the cutting set towards the cut section is controlled hydraulically.
Saw opeation is suitable for both hands which ensures opertor´s safety and excludes the possiblity of placing hands near the saw disc.
The side covers of the saw disc are equipped with end-switches which block turning on of the machine when the covers are open.
The machine has been approved by the governmental testing institution and it fully complies with the relevant EU regulations.
