Mr. Albert Calvo obtained his University degree in Business & Administration and Advertisement & Public Relations. He obtained his Master's degree in Marketing and social media. He has been working in Fluidra Group in several positions for the past 17 years as NEEMEA region marketing manager, Cepex product manager, Cepex brand manager, Fluid handling and irrigation business manager, and Cepex marketing manager. Currently working as a Cepex marketing manager. He takes in charge of all the marketing and communication of the factory, products, sales. He has been dedicatedly working since the starting of marketing activities in Cepex and has achieved to create a well known brand with worldwide reputation into the swimming pool, irrigation and industrial markets for Fluid handling applications.

Dr. K. Subramanian obtained his PhD from Cornell University in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Micro ElectroMechanical Systems or MEMS. He obtained his Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras. He is currently Executive Director, R&D at Powergear Ltd., MEPZ, Chennai where he works on implementing several novel technologies in Energy, Aviation, Materials, Chemicals, Mechanical, Sensors and other sectors. He previously worked at GE?s Global Research Center in New York. Subramanian has filed more than 50 patent applications in his field. He managed a large program on MEMS at GE and received two prestigious awards for his research. One of them, the Hull Award, is presented to early-career researchers at GE Global Research. The other award, the Whitney technical achievement award is for a project that is viewed as a potential market game changer. Subramanian is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He has made significant contributions to multiple unique projects and has authored numerous publications and technical reports. The current contract R&D initiative at Powergear aims to showcase India?s innovative talents to the world.

Andrew?s career in engineering spans over 25 years, during which time he has worked across industries such as aerospace, general automation, food & packaging and medical. He began working as an engineering toolmaker for BMW Manufacturing, formerly known as The Rover Group, in 1991, where he was responsible for the manufacture of car body presses and tooling. Andrew remained at this company for ten years before going on to study for his ONC and HNC qualifications. He subsequently joined Bosch Rexroth as a Technical Support Engineer in 2002. While working at Bosch Rexroth, Andrew continued his formal education in engineering, graduating from the University of Bath with a First-Class degree in Engineering Systems in 2010. He went on to specialise in assembly technology and system sales, before moving on to his current role of Business Development and Strategic Product Manager in 2016.
