Product Information

Mechanical VR1 volume flow controller for position-independent installation in ventilation ducts for supply air and exhaust air of ventilation systems. The round housing, with nominal sizes from DN80 to DN315 and the control mechanism are made of galvanized sheet steel. The volumetric flow setpoint is preset via an adjusting device with rotary pointer, scale and lock. The volume flow range is between Vmin = 50 m³ / h to Vmax = 3,100 m³ / h, the pressure range between 50 Pa and 1,000 Pa. The adjustment is manual or optionally motorized.

Maintenance-free VR1 volume flow controllers are controllers for constant volume flows. They require no auxiliary power. The volume flow is kept constant at variable pressures in the specified pressure range with about ± 5% to ± 10% deviation.
