Vibratory Sieves MR Range

The vibration is developed in both the horizontal and vertical planes and can be adjusted in both directions. Vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights positioned on fly wheels on the upper and lower ends of the motion generator shaft. The upper fly wheel creates motion in the horizontal plane which moves the material from the centre to the outer perimeter of the screen. The lower fly wheel creates vibration in the vertical as well as tangential planes producing a highly efficient sieving action. Adjusting the counterweights on the flywheel is quickly accomplished and tool free. The adjustment enables the operator to modify the vibration pattern to find the best sieving action for a specific product. The ability to adjust the vibration pattern results in the high screening efficiency with both solid and liquid products.

The MR- sieves can be modified and adapted to suit a wide variety of customer requirements.

The MR- sieves are easy to install and maintain. The sieve can also be equipped with up to 4 mesh sections producing 5 different levels of separation. Screens are easy and fast to change and can be equipped with various cleaning systems such as balls, kleeners, starbrush, CIP and ultrasonic systems.

The unit is manufactured from mild steel as standard with stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316 as options. Certification for the MR- sieve is available, on request, to ATEX, FDA IQ-OQ procedure and GMP.
