Vibratory Screens SLO Range

Vibraplant SLO screens are open units with a linear vibratory action. They can be installed horizontally for conventional screening, inclined for dewatering or declined for washing applications.

Available in single, double or triple deck formats, the standard configuration is driven by two out of balance vibrators imparting a vibrating force in a longitudinal direction through the screens centre of gravity applying up to 5G of force.

The linear vibrational action displaces the material lifting and carrying it forward on each rotation of the vibrators; the main design benefits of these screens include; low power consumption, low noise emission and ease of maintenance. Achieving optimal screening performance is achieved by adjusting the vibrational amplitude or the frequency of vibration

STANDARD CONFIGURATION

• Screen size calculated based upon material, separation required, bulk density and throughput volume.
• Mild steel, fully welded rigid construction having a spray paint or powder coated finish
• Inlet and discharge ports suitable for flexible seals
• Replaceable mild steel infeed plate liners
• Stainless steel woven wire mesh, side tensioned
• Linear screen action generated by 2 vibratory motors mounted on a dedicated tube assembly above the screen area
• Coil compression springs providing isolation of vibration from the supporting structure

• Alternative wear resistant liners, Hardox, stainless steel, rubber etc.
• Other forms of screen media such as polyurethane modules, wedge-wire cassettes, perforated plates etc.
• Stainless steel construction
