Probability screens are driven by two vibrators to produce a linear vibratory action which it combines with multiple steeply declined decks fitted with oversized mesh apertures creating a fast-moving product stream where the main volume of material flows vertically through the mesh and particles move freely. The probability screen principle maximises the use of free moving particles to improve the probability of particles passing through the mesh apertures therefore enabling high tonnages to be processed through units with footprints much smaller than conventional screens performing the same function.
