The robust and robust design of the optimizing saw ensures precise and rapid cutting of the wood. The feed device moves the curved material to the cut with high velocity and positioning accuracy within ± 0.3 mm. The saw operator performs a visual evaluation of the piece and chalk marks the defect sites. The material is stored on the machine insertion table, where the length of the machine is loaded automatically and the defects are marked. This information is processed by the powerful NC control of the machine, which determines the cut-off plan of the embedded material. Following is the automatic start and scrolling of the material. The cut parts at the output from the optimization saw meet the requirements of labeled defects and specified fixed lengths of material.

Of course there are safety features that ensure the safety of work on the optimizer. The machine meets the strict safety requirements of the relevant EC regulations and directives.

Long optimization

At the beginning, the length and number of pieces of the required assortment are entered into the BOM. We can then activate these data in the optimization program. This consists in combining the individual lengths of the cut assortment to minimize waste. The Bill of Materials also monitors the cut quantity of material and stops work when the task is completed in the given assortment. The saw automatically measures the length of the input material so that multiple inserts can be combined without prior sorting. In the program, you can set the desired cut length for the front.

On the rear belt conveyor there are positions for sorting according to the length of the saw. The individual crawlers are triggered when a portion of the specified length is cut off. Classification is done by a shoem in the prepared boxes or on the side sliding.

The number of optimized lengths is unlimited.

Qualitative optimization - waste

Quality optimization of lumber allows you to take advantage of the work cycle of the previous functions together with the possibility of marking chalks of lumber. The user performs a visual evaluation of the piece, the chalk marks the locations with the defects to be cut. Chalk contains a substance recorded by the saw control system. By crossing the stop over the cut material during the reverse movement, the current positions of the required cuts are recorded. The resulting parts in different lengths between carved defects are automatically measured and cut using a computer at fixed lengths according to the optimized cutting scheme. The Bill of Materials determines the number of cuts of a given length. If the cut part does not meet the length of the smallest selected assortment, it goes into the waste.

Production line optimization capacity

The production capacity is determined by the dimensions of the processed material, its quality and the assortments produced. For calculation, the average loader speed is 60 m / min. and a one-cycle rate of about 1.0 second. For material length 5 m, spruce, 30 x 90 mm, 4 slices per 1 m, the production capacity is 200 - 300 m / hour.
