The compact Sprimag rotary machine is characterized by its small "footprint". Modularly adaptable to the respective coating task, the automatic rotary machine is preferably used for painting and surface coating of small quantities or short process times.
OPTIMUM SURFACE COATING OF ROTATIONALLY SYMMETRICAL PARTS
As an automated painting system based on the spindle machine principle, the rotary machine is ideal for coating rotationally symmetrical parts such as brake discs, wheel hubs and wheel bearings, flacons or sleeves. A typical area of application for this paint shop or coating system is surface coating with rubber-metal binders or UV paints. The Sprimag rotary machine can also be used for fast-drying water-based paints and solvent-based paints.
Due to its small footprint, the rotary machine can be integrated into higher-level production lines as a compact painting system and is therefore a cost-efficient and economical inline painting solution at the same time.
