Coating and painting systems of the Sprimag automatic chain type are characterized by their robust and operating-cost-optimized design. These painting systems can be modularly adapted to the respective coating task and are preferably used when painting large quantities or long process times.
VERSATILE AREAS OF APPLICATION FOR CHAIN MACHINES
As automatic coating and painting systems based on the spindle machine principle, they are ideally suited for the coating of rotationally symmetrical parts, e.g. B. Brake discs , wheels (wheel bearings or wheel hubs ), bottles or sleeves. But other parts can also be coated in single or multiple shots with chain machines. Examples include door handles, emblems, side mirrors, bottles or screws.
Due to the flexible design of the chain run, the installation area of the desired coating and painting plant can be adapted to the local conditions and thus an integration of the automatic chain conveyor into existing production environments can be made possible.
