MT2000

Offline PCB DepanelerA solution for depaneling PCBs, the Martin Trier MT2000 is available in 3 models for different PCB sizes. With a quick learning method, the MT2000 uses the image obtained with the CCD camera to create the cutting program. The system is MES compatible and a special kit for processing aluminum PCBs is available.

Characteristics:

Image programming The PCB image is taken by a CCD camera and the cutting program and fiducials are taught on the PCB image.

Double TableThe double table maximizes cutting time. When a PCB is being de-paneled on one table, you can remove the already cut PCB from the other and insert a new one.

Smart Cutting ModeThe cutting bit is divided into several segments. When a segment reaches the cutting distance limit, the system moves to the next cutting segment, increasing the life of the bit.
