The PSENbolt security lock consists of a mechanical door lock and handle and various combinable security sensors based on different active ingredients. Therefore, custom and expensive designs are out of the question. The security lock meets the highest requirements for protection against circumvention and fraud.
Depending on the sensor used, the PSENbolt guarantees safe monitoring of movable guards – up to the highest safety category PL e according to EN/ISO 13849-1 or SIL CL 3 according to EN/IEC 62061 PSENbolt security locks can be used in many industries and many applications. In combination with the safety relay PNOZsigma or the configurable safety micro controllers PNOZmulti 2, you get an economical complete solution from a single source.
New: PSENbolt safety bolts with mechanical system for PSENmech movable guards with interlocking
In conjunction with the mechanical safety gate system PSENmech (PSEN me5), you now have new PSENbolt variants available . Thanks to the integrated interlocking, they allow an economical solution with movable guards for the protection of people and processes.
You can choose between standard variants and variants with key . These allow the lock to be locked in a precise position and thus prevent unwanted restarting of the machine, for example during maintenance.
