Single-stage grower distilleries

The concentration apparatus consists of a single distillation pot still (components that come into contact with the ferment are made of copper, the rest of stainless steel), a concentration column, a dephlegmator and a catalyst. The components are mounted on a frame. The equipment is gas heated. This equipment is more efficient in terms of energy consumption and space requirements and reduces demands on operation. If necessary, a distillation pot still can also be used (after the attachment of the rectification pot still) for standard two-stage distillation.
