Fermentation tanks

Insulation design depends on where the fermentation tanks are to be installed. If they are to be located in a room that is not air conditioned, they can be equipped with a double shell and insulation. This will provide energy savings on cooling. The tanks are usually insulated with polyurethane foam.

Besides the standard surface treatment of stainless steel by pickling, the surface can be ground, peened, or topped with a polished copper plate. It depends on the customer’s requirements.
