Two-stage small grower distillerie

The distillation pot still is a shallow cylindrical vessel with an arched bottom designed for heating by direct flame. The lid of the vessel is tapered with a filling hole, agitator drive, massive steam collector, and a neck for distillate extraction. The agitator is a low-speed chain agitator with the electric motor mounted on a bracket on the wall outside the pot still. The agitator can be temporarily propelled by a manual crank in case of power failure. The steam collector is equipped with a sight glass and a thermometer; the outlet from the pot sill bottom is closed by an angle valve. The bottom and the cylindrical part of the pot still are made of copper. The lid, the steam collector and the agitator shaft are made of stainless steel with a ground surface. The distillation pot still is filled with mash through the inlet on the pot still lid, and the remains after distillation are drained by the manual valve on the neck at the bottom of the pot still.
