OSAI NeoHandler is a first-rate solution for semiconductor companies , for testing MEMS and mass-produced power devices (up to 25KUPH).
NeoHandler produces low emissions: the 900 x 1.600mm production area saves space, drastically increasing the yield (UPH / m2), using the concept of scalability. The high flexibility allows the customer to change the configuration in 15 minutes , maximizing the investment: the input / output trolley can be replaced with different types of loaders and the tools for the multi pick-up can be simply scaled according to the need .
The wide range of multi-grip and multi-pick-up tools developed by OSAI allows customers to manage different packages.
NeoHandler can be configured correctly with different stimulus chambers, depending on the specific MEMS to be conditioned.

REAR SIDE TRAYS INPUT OUTPUT TROLLEY:
- OSAI NeoHandler is equipped with an input / output trolley.
- The trolley options have been designed in such a way that they can be modified whenever a handler reconfiguration is required, thus reducing configuration times.
- A quick-change device with a mechanical self-alignment system ensures repeatability of the input / output.
- Trolleys can be configured with different types of input / output power solutions.

- Independent command and control of the vacuum on each picker
