Electrical switchgear
Our electrical switchboards are manufactured in accordance with customer requirements, as well as corresponding specifications and standards.
For worldwide use, the switchgear is designed and built according to the valid European IEC standards. For the North American market (USA, Canada, etc.) the switchgear according to UL 508A or CSA C22.2 no. 14 planned, executed and certified.
From engineering via the creation of circuit diagrams, the programming of the selected software to the production of control cabinets, we offer all kinds of services. The commissioning of the complete system and maintenance contracts are also a possible part of our scope of delivery.
We use EPLAN version P8 for planning and displaying the electrical switchgear.
The selection of hardware is a decisive quality standard. We attach great importance to the worldwide availability of individual devices. For this reason, switchgear from our company is equipped as standard with products from Siemens, Eaton, Rittal, Schneider Electric or Rockwell. Of course individual solutions are also possible in coordination.
The control of a plant ranges from the simple ElN / OFF control with contactors to the most modern Thyristorstellern which allow continuous control. For high power we use a combination with contactors and thyristor controllers.
Designing the optimum switchgear for our customers is very important to us. Accordingly, the customer can choose options such as ground-fault monitoring, temperature limiters to SIL, multifunctional measuring devices (current, voltage, power, etc.) and other features.
For communication between a customer's superior process control system (PLS / PLC) and the switchgear, we also offer interfaces according to customer requirements, in order to enable a smooth integration of the plant into the existing process (pot-free, analogue, Profibus, Profinet, fiber optic etc.).
