With the world's first portable air heater for hazardous areas, OhmEx markets a globally unique product in the German-speaking market. The compact air heater "The Bulldog" weighs only 25 kilograms and is perfect for portable use in Zone 1 & 2.
Directly from the manufacturer, the device can be supplied with a cable up to 25 meters long as a "Plug and Play" version. In addition, other features such as anti-static roller feet provide optimal comfort and protection for the user.
Through a flexible connection hose can be heated with this device punctual areas. Thus, it serves, for example, as deicing or heating of hard to reach places. Even without a hose, the selective heating can be optimally realized by the approx. 8 meter long air flow.
The areas of application for the ATEX, IEC Ex and CU-TR certified equipment are onshore and offshore applications, gas and fuel endangered areas, aircraft hangars, battery, paint and ammunition storage, sewage and biogas plants, petrochemical plants and many more.
