SILOS-COL
The system allows the storage and weighing of large quantities of powder dyestuffs and their dissolution with automatic distribution in the dyeing machines.
The system can be supplied with a maximum of 6 storage silos in AISI 304, capacity 900 L. The silos are loaded by vacuum from bags or drums, using 2 loading turbines which allow the simultaneous loading of two silos. The dye solution is prepared in strict compliance with the pre-set parameters, such as time, temperature, solubility and liquor ratio. The solutions obtained are transferred directly to the uses by means of a high-capacity centrifugal pump and a single-pipe line with AISI 316L type stainless steel pipes (Lawer Technology).
