The system allows you to automate the powder dissolving operations in a simple, effective and safe way. It ensures rigorous control of the solution, of the dyeing results and of the perfect hygiene of the working environment. The system consists of one or more stainless steel tanks with automatic lids and capacities from 5 to 1,000 L. The solution is prepared in strict compliance with the pre-set parameters such as time, temperature, solubility and bath ratio. The solutions obtained are transferred directly to the uses by means of a high-capacity pump and a single-pipe line with pipes and three-way valves in AISI 316L type stainless steel (Lawer Technology)
