SUPERCOLOR

Supercolor is the automatic weighing system able to guarantee hygiene and safety in the preparation of recipes and to ensure rigorous control of the dyeing results. The plant consists of a series of independent storage silos, installed in line on a modular structure. Under the silos runs a trolley which houses the electronic weighing scale. Each module of the structure can house up to 10 standard silos cap. 150 L or 5 double silos of 300 L which can be loaded by depression using a vacuum pump. Each silo is equipped, in the lower part, with a combined auger/vibration dosing system (Lawer patent), which allows powder dyestuffs to be dispensed with maximum speed and precision. The loading and unloading of the buckets takes place automatically via roller ways. An effective system for extracting and reducing volatile dust guarantees maximum safety of use and environmental hygiene. The operation of the system is managed by the Lawer Software.
