KNOLL suction stations convey metal chips from processing machines or collection points to the suction center fully automatically. Ambient air is used as the carrier medium, which transports the dry or slightly moist chips over a conveying distance of up to 500 m. Depending on the requirements, the suction stations are integrated into the machine or provided under the chip conveyor.

Suction station SBS

Version with funnel and screw conveyor. For high conveying capacities of short chips. Provision under discharge conveyors.

Suction station SBS/ZV

Version with funnel, chip shredder and screw conveyor. For medium and high conveying capacities of long chips. Provision under discharge conveyors.
