The RSR pump-back station is a compact conveyor station for use on machine tools with low chip volumes, especially grinding machines. It can also be set up as a collection station for small quantities of coolant from centrifuges, conveyors and drip trays.

The cooling lubricant (KSS) contaminated with sludge or chips reaches the storage tank through an outlet on the machine tool. If necessary, an additional lifting pump supports the process. The return pump transports the mixture of chips and coolant through the return line to the filter system. With a tangential inlet, the flow in a helical channel prevents the deposit of grinding sludge.
