pressure boosting system DHS

The pressure boosting system DHS is used to supply machine tools with cooling lubricants (KSS). For this, low and/or high pressure pump(s) increase the flow pressure of a central system. They supply all consumers of a machine tool with the required quantity of KSS. Examples are internally cooled tools and flushing.

• Cleaning the KSS to protect the high-pressure pump
• Distribution of the KSS volume flow for the different pressure levels/consumers
• Increasing the inlet pressure
• Cleaning the KSS to protect the machine tool
• Supplying all consumers with the necessary KSS quantity

possible combinations

On request, we can equip the pumps with frequency control for stepless adjustment of the required pressure. This prevents pressure surges. It also has a positive influence on energy consumption, service life and noise development.
