CAD - CAM work preparation

The circuit board production starts with the work preparation.

Based on the customer data, all preparatory activities are carried out in the AV department:

• Design Rule Check
• Layoutaufbau in Hotoprint Standardformate
• Determination of the individual process sequence
• Creation of production programs for CNC, AOI and E-Test
• Definition of process parameters/tolerances for pressing, electroplating and etching processes
• Creation of various film plots for lithographic processes
