Herding ® FLEX combines all the proven advantages of pure surface filtration with the Herding ® sinter plate filter in an extremely flexible and compact filter system series. The volume flows range from approx. 500 m³/h up to several 100,000 m³/h with the modular design.
The filter systems of the FLEX series are generally equipped with vertically installed sinter plate filters. Depending on the requirement profile, Herding ® DELTA, DELTA² or HSL filter elements are used. The system safety and the design in accordance with the applicable ATEX guidelines are coordinated with the system operator as required.
The upper part of the filter system consists of an integrated fan unit or, in the case of external fans, is designed as a simple housing closure.
In the middle of the filter system are the Herding ® sinter plate filters as the heart, the interface to the raw gas inlet and the integrated jet pulse cleaning. All components essential for maintenance are easily accessible from the front.
The dust discharge forms the lower end of the system. This can be carried out individually depending on the application and customer requirements. In its simplest form, it consists of a discharge funnel with a dust collection container. However, rotary valves, screw conveyors, flap systems, pneumatic discharge systems or customer-specific discharge systems can also be adapted.
