Product description

The Herding ® FLEXTOP50 is a compact, high-performance filter system that is primarily flanged to the pneumatic conveying of bulk materials.

The filter system consists of an upper part, the clean gas area with cleaning unit and exhaust hood, through the annular gap of which the air is discharged directly into the environment. Alternatively, a clean gas line can be connected to a housing cover or to the side.

A slotted plate, to which the filter media are attached, separates the cylindrical clean gas space from the raw gas space. The individual components are connected to one another via clamping rings. As a silo attachment filter, the raw gas cylinder can also be omitted and the system is attached directly to a silo frame as a transition piece.

particularities

Since Herding filter media are rigid bodies, the raw gas cylinder can often be dispensed with if there is space for the filter media.
