Active Sensitive Kit

The Active Sensitive Kit is a tailor-made complete package from the robot, which goes beyond the pure product and allows the use of the ACT potential on an individual scale. The comfort solution was specially developed for the optimized post-processing of weld seams, weld spatter and smoke and can be seamlessly integrated into existing structures. Additional manual rework is not required for either grinding or brushing.

Optimized post-processing of visible welding and soldering seams : Post-processing of the weld seams is a decisive factor for the quality of the end product. The better the sanding pattern, the higher the quality of the surface. The fully automatic processing with the ASK delivers absolute top quality in one step.

The perfect finish in just one step: spot and laser welding leave spatter and smoke on the workpiece. Thanks to the power-controlled brushing process of the ASK, even electroplated layers are processed gently. The high-quality brushing result is a prerequisite for optimal paint quality on the end product. The fully automatic processing with the ASK delivers absolute top results here.
