Active Orbital Kit

The  Active Orbital Kit  is an intelligent system package that combines Active Compliant Technology with a specially designed electric random orbit sander or polisher powered by a fully integrated servo motor. Everything was designed in such a way that the structure-free surface treatment of all materials is suitable for robots. This integrated, ready-to-use complete solution automates the industrial grinding process. All process parameters, from the rotational speed to the contact pressure and the feed, can be controlled individually. The AOK family is compact and lightweight. The extremely resilient end effector is designed for industrial use and delivers twice the performance of commercially available devices - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
