During data processing, for a plate with controlled impedance, we will check the agreement of these data with the theoretical calculation, or we will propose adjustments taking into account the properties of the materials we use. We will generate impedance modules that define the input of the controlled impedance from the customer's side and insert them into our production panel.
Technical support in the design of printed circuit boards
If you are just starting out with the design of a printed circuit board, you can consult with us for technical and technological recommendations with regard to the technologies available to us, so that there are no possible problems with the actual production or mounting of the board. For boards with controlled impedance, we will prepare a simulation - the theoretical part of the board design. Design and assessment of suitable materials, impedance modules, recommended insulation gaps and conductor thicknesses. Our engineers will prepare a clear output based on many years of experience with the help of special software, where all related aspects will be taken into account.
Review of supplied data and documentation
When processing data for a printed circuit board, we perform a complete check of the supplied documentation and design rule checking - Design rule checking. We will find out if the data is in order and there are no technical or technological ambiguities. Final impedance measurement on production coupons
After the completion of production, we will measure the impedance using the CITS900s4 device on the production coupons and generate a protocol, or suggest minor corrections for subsequent serial production.
