We manufacture single-layer, double-layer and multi-layer printed circuit boards, even for special applications.

The current production program is mainly focused on EXPRESS DELIVERY OF PROTOTYPE BOARDS FOR THE MOST DEMANDING APPLICATIONS, with delivery starting from 24 hours. I supply boards with controlled impedance (CONTROLLED IMPEDANCE), boards with high connection density (HDI) in designs with blind (BLIND), buried (BURIED) or through (VIA) holes, as well as µBGA and boards for the transmission of high-frequency signals (MICROWAVE). All this using a wide range of production materials from Tg 135 °C (FR4) to Tg 180 °C (PCL370HR) to Tg 200 °C (I-Tera MT40)

We offer professional technical support in the field of PCB design and manufacturing with controlled impedance. Technical assessment of the board design, selection of suitable materials, production of the given printed circuit board, including final verification by impedance measurement on production coupons, which are an integral part of every production panel of a controlled impedance board. 

Why Controlled Impedance PCBs?

Current electronic devices increasingly use signals with frequencies in the order of hundreds of MHz or GHz. On the transmission paths that transmit these signals, it is necessary to prevent its attenuation, deformation, or reflections in impedance mismatched transitions. It is necessary to ensure a constant impedance from the signal source to the target circuits (BGA, µBGA, CSP, etc.).This transmission path also includes the printed circuit board (conductors on this board) and it is therefore absolutely necessary to use boards with a clearly defined and guaranteed impedance.
