We ensure the installation of printed circuit boards manufactured by us. Installation is carried out by our authorized partners with many years of experience in this field using the most modern technologies, with the possibility of optical, functional or X-ray testing of installed PCBs.

SMT line - minimum dimensions of SMD components - from size 0603 mm (0201 inch) to size 22 mm. Placement machines cameras with the ability to distinguish 0.3 mm pitch leads (0.4 mm pitch experience) for ICs and connectors. For BGA and CSP circuit pitches, the resolution of the cameras is 0.5 mm. DPS mounting from size 50 x 40 mm to 460 x 400 mm up to a thickness of 4.2 mm. Printed circuit boards thinner than 0.38 mm must be solved by making a fixture. Soldering is done either using a reflow oven or by remelting in a steam soldering device.

In the case of terminal components, soldering of printed circuit boards both across the surface using a soldering wave and pointwise using a selective soldering wave.

3D automatic optical inspection and equipment for X-ray inspection (typically the possibility to inspect BGA and QFN circuits).
