MEASURE TRANSFORMERS

The double terminal allows to make the short circuit when it is necessary to disconnect the instrument from the transformer in order not to damage it, or to make the earth connection if you do not want to use the same terminal used for connection to the instrument.

TRANSFORMERS FOR ELECTRONICS

• These transformers are used for current measurements from 25A to 600A (nominal primary current). The peculiar characteristic of these transformers is the high number of turns at the secondary. This allows us to have a very low secondary current, suitable for an electronic measurement circuit, which can be detected as a voltage on a resistor. This resistor, of low power and low cost, is mounted directly on the printed circuit board.

• Fields of application: current sensor for protection and control circuits of apparatuses, rectifiers, motors, UPS and similar; current sensor for measuring instruments (current probe).

• Insulation voltage between primary and secondary 4 KV, Frequency 50/60 Hz
