NON-RETURN VALVE ASSEMBLY MACHINE

The machine for mounting the non-return valve assembles and tests unidirectional valves for water in three different sizes. Consisting of two rotary table machines connected by a conveyor belt to free pallets, the whole line is made up of pneumatically driven work units.

Two components are manually loaded onto the first table where the assembly is carried out, the remaining components are subsequently loaded by means of vibration automatic systems on the second table where the tightness tests carried out with Camas Tightester units are performed and the check of one-way valve is verified.
