The needle valve assembly machine is an automatic line for the assembly of a brass component for the water and sanitary sector. The structure consists of a rotary table machine with 8 divisions which, in addition to assembly, realizes the measurement of the pin with the subsequent grinding to bring it back within dimensional tolerances.
The compact dimensions of the object to be assembled have allowed Camas to realize a compact solution with pick & place units and components of a specifically reduced size for a minimum space requirement.
