EXCESS FLOW VALVE ASSEMBLY MACHINE

The machine for the assembly of the excess flow valve is a fully automatic line for the assembly and testing of a mechanical device that limits the excesses of filling in pressurized tanks. The line is made up of two rotating table machines with 16 and 8 divisions with pneumatically driven units. The coupling between the two bodies, lower and upper, is carried out by ultrasonic welding and completed by crimping a metal safety cage applied by cold deformation. The flow cycle operations in the various positions that the device can take complete the machine cycle.
