BUTTON ASSEMBLY MACHINE 4 ARROWS

The 4 arrows button assembly machine is a line consisting of 4 satellites with pneumatically driven units for semi-automatic assembly of a safety switch made for one of the leading European car manufacturers.

Starting from manual loadingof three components made by an operator, the first rotary table with 16 divisions is in charge of the initial assembly of the piece. In the second machine the blanking and the singularization of the electronic circuits starting from squares takes place through a multiple shear, specifically developed to handle this kind of very delicate operation. The sheared and singularized circuits are started for assembly on the third machine by means of a pallet carrying a conveyor belt. The final assembled object and also the pre-assembled parts of the different processing phases are subjected to a series of functional and characteristic controls on the fourth machine: shape and position controls with vision systems, load controls and electrical controls. The products are then palletized using Cartesian axes in special trays.
