Directly driven radial fans RFC, RFE
Low-Pressure and Middle-Pressure Radial Fans RFC, RFE max. 26 000 m3/h.
Low-pressure radial fans RFC are one-side suction fans driven directly by flange-mounted motors (IP55). RFC fans are designed for air exchange in residential and industrial premises.
The RFC fans are produced in a modification for use in an ordinary environment or for use in an environment with the explosion danger Ex Zone 2 (SNV1) and Zone 1 (SNV2) both inside and outside the fan, in accordance with standards EN 60079-10. The RFC fans are manufactured in the sizes of 200, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 500 and 630. The fans are not gas-proof and may be installed in any position with respect to the electric motor. As a standard, the rubber vibration insulators are delivered with the fans.
The revolutions of the fan pans (air flow rate) can be controlled by using the revolution controller (frequency changer), see eight curves of the output characteristics inside catalogue.
The RFC fans may not be used for transporting the air which includes aggressive agents,abrasive additives and fibrous particles.
The temperature of transported air may fluctuate between -30°C into + 85°C (by fans Ex -30°C into +40°C).
Due to the characteristics of the electric motor, the ambient temperature may fluctuate between -30°C into +40°C (by motor Ex -20°C into +40°C).
Medium-pressure radial fans RFE are one-side suction fans driven directly by flange-mounted motors (IP55). Medium-pressure radial fans are designed for air exchange in residential and industrial premises.
The RFE fans are designed for the use in an ordinary environment exclusively. The RFE fans are manufactulred in the sizes of 200, 250, 280, 315, 355 and 400. The fans are not gas-proof and may be installed in any position with respect to the electric motor. As a standard, the rubber vibration insulators are delivered with the fans.
