Air conditioning units TANGO

Air-conditioning units TANGO size 2, 4, 7, 10, 16 a 25 are designed for the rooms and air flow which correspond to the ordinary enviroment according to the standard. Units TANGO are for inside and outside installation. The units are for transport of the air into civil and industry buildings.
Temperature of transported air can be in the range of -30°C to + 40°C. The units TANGO are not gasproof and the units may not be used for transportation of the air which includes aggressive agents and fibrous particles.
The air-conditioning piping is connected to the units with the sets of units by using elastic inserts and it must be hung independently. If a discharge part or the suction part of the fan unit is not connected with the piping, the flanges must be provided with protective grating. The connecting flanges of units correspond to ČSN EN 1505 (Ventilation of Buildings. Sheet-metal Pipes and Accessories of Rectangular Section. Dimensions.). Inlet and outlet piping can be instalating on all side fan unit.
The revolutions of the fans (air flow rate) can be controlled by using the revolution controllers (frequency converters).
Advantages of TANGO units
• The fan with a free impeller and a AC motor directly connected, driven by a frequency converter, or EC motor (infinitely variable air amount control – savings in operating costs – current surge minimization – can be controlled by a superior control systém signal).
• The casing is 50 mm thick and made of mineral wool with a mass density of 100 kgm-3.

• The legs are up to 500 mm high and with foots adjustable up to 30 mm.
• A silencer improving the fan discharge flow pattern.
• The silencer plates are removable on the operator side (easier to clean).
• A plate heat exchanger is fitted with a bypass and a water droplet separator as standard.
• A rotary heat exchanger can be equipped with a frequency converter to control the heat transfer rotor speed.
• The fan chambers with a free impeller ensure a uniform flow into the subsequent chambers.
• The water heaters and water coolers are fitted with an automatic air vent valve as standard. Mixing points and anti-freeze protections are available.
• A new series of electric heaters in two designs. Fitted with triac power components for infinitely variable heating output control in cooperation with REGU ADi control systems or with no power components.
• A new series of gas heaters in cooperation with REGU ADi control systems.
• The TANGO units meet the requirements for the “hygienic design” of air conditioning units.
