Our future began in Bagnolo in Piano, in the center of the Emilian motor valley, in 1965 , when Gianfranco Franceschini decided to stake everything on his passion for mechanics and innovative solutions. The first products combined metal and electricity to create the automatic movement of shutters and window frames, with a distinctive trait: design , the ability to make what works in the best way beautiful.
The Mini Motor brand was born in 1974, when our production was now decisively oriented towards electric motors for the industrial sector. To metal and electricity we add two other ingredients: electronics and information technology . The concepts of industrial automation and mechatronics were born between the end of the 70s and the beginning of the 80s, but for us at Mini Motor they are genetic traits, we have them inside from the beginning.
Excellence, our fixed idea
Since 1965 we have stubbornly cultivated some fixed ideas: innovation, constant improvement, manufacturing excellence, collaboration with the customer to design the best solution together. For us, every engine is unique , even when it comes to series products. Motor, reducer and electronic part are already integrated in the design phase and the production takes place entirely in-house, with materials and components of the highest quality and at zero kilometre.
Product excellence is achieved only with process excellence: this has always been our philosophy. Today we can offer tens of thousands of items, including worm, coaxial and planetary gearmotors, brushless servomotors with integrated drive, brushless servomotors, drives and frequency converters. But our flagship product has always been quality, which we build every day with commitment, passion, competence, attention to detail and listening to our customers.
